Design & UX Director, BBVA Mexico
People centered designer. With a BA in design and visual communication at UNAM, a specialty in digital design at INBA, and part of the Master in Business Innovation at CEDIM. Benjamin has been working for the last 15 years in UX and service design. He is currently Design & UX director at BBVA Mexico. Before that he worked for insitum (now fjord latam), running the digital experiences practice in Mexico.
