Sharon Bautista

Sharon Bautista is a Chicago-based user experience researcher and designer. She is currently on the Firefox User Research team at Mozilla and has previously led UX teams both agency-side and in-house. Sharon also teaches and mentors graduate students in Northwestern University Master’s in Learning and Organizational Change program.
