Theresa Neil, the Founder of Guidea, leads an award-winning women-owned UX design consultancy specializing in medtech, healthtech, digital health and femtech. She is a three time O’Reilly author and is recognized as a “Top Designer in Technology” by Business Insider. Her client list includes major biopharma, life sciences, insurance and digital health companies. With a bold mission to advance health equity for 1 billion women, she launched the Femovate design sponsorship program in 2022. Since then Femovate has provided $1.5M in research and design services to 50 early stage startups. Theresa was recently recognized as a Trailblazer in Women's Health and named Female Executive of the Year for Pioneering Women’s Health Equity.
