Senior Design Producer, Zendesk
Briana is a Senior Design Producer at Zendesk where she drives UX design quality, processes and frameworks to drive the customer-facing experiences in Product Design. Prior to Zendesk, she was a Design Program Manager for the Conversational AI Design team at Capital One. Outside of elevating design work in her day to day she is passionate about actively recruiting minority talent at her company. Briana is a proud alumni of Howard University in Washington D.C. and will endlessly nerd out about Afro-futurism and speculative design to create a better future.
