Kit Unger
SVP, Design, MURAL
Kit Unger is the SVP of Design at MURAL, a visual collaboration tool that enables innovation at scale. She is a serial “rapid growth leader” who has made a career of building in-house UX teams from the ground up. Prior to joining MURAL, Kit established the UX practice at Smartsheet where she grew her team to 40 UX researchers, designers, writers, and design op managers from a Team of One and led them through an IPO. Kit has established and cultivated UX teams at the IRS, 3Pillar Global, Bloomberg Government, and Congressional Quarterly. Her focus is on building scalable, human-centered design practices that result in innovative, world-class enterprise product experiences.
