Maria Skaaden is the Continuous Design Practice Lead at Bekk Consulting in Oslo, Norway. Drawing from her journey as a traditional product designer to embracing an agile team, Maria has taken a key role in establishing the Continuous Design discipline in Norway. Maria will share her experiences as the Design Lead for the digital product team at Norway’s national railway company (NSB).
