Sébastien Malo
UX Research and Design Manager, CN
Firstly trained as an Occupational Therapist before going to graduate school in Human Factors with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction, Sébastien Malo has spent his entire UX career in enterprise. He started as a human factors specialist for the first 10 years and then became a team and practice leader. Over the last 10 years, he had the opportunity to build and lead UX teams in different organizations of various size (CAE, Croesus, CN) and in different industries (civil aviation, defence & security, healthcare, fintech and transportation and logistics). He now leads the UX Research and Design team at CN from its head office located in Montreal, QC, Canada.
