Tony Turner is a certified UX career coach, product designer and user researcher. Tony has 10 years of experience working at various companies with different products such as document management, healthcare machinery and insurance systems doing product design and user research. He also leads work in DesignOps activities at his current company such as evaluating and procuring new tools, process change management, developing KPIs/metrics and building a knowledge repository.
Tony has a degree in Cognitive Science as well as certifications in UX from Human Factors International. He also has a career coaching certification. He applies his coaching training to helping folks get into the UX field and thrive in it through his company Swell Coaching.
