Emily Lessard is a multi-disciplinary creative leader specializing in branding, marketing, and multi-channel experiences. She is currently Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Bellweather, an award-winning creative and advertising agency. Recent clients include Brooklyn Bridge Park, Brooklyn Public Library, Everytown for Gun Safety, NYC Pride, NYC Mayor's Office, and Visit Baltimore. Bellweather is proud to be women-and-minority-owned (according to AdAge, only 2% of agencies are female-led and .1% are female-founded.)
Prior to Bellweather, Emily was the Senior Vice President of Creative at NYC & Company, the advertising and marketing agency for New York City. She led the rebrand for across all channels—from look and feel, to voice and imagery—in advertising, digital, and print. She provided the creative strategy for all campaigns and initiatives, including the new Webby-award-winning nycgo.com, the enormously popular “See Your City” brand, and the "All Are Welcome" campaign at NYC airports.
