As a Senior Designer and Practice Lead at VMware Pivotal Labs, Jackie works with client leadership teams to adapt agile software development practices at enterprise scale. In addition to coaching User-Centered Design, Lean Product Management, and Balanced Team practices, Jackie views her true deliverables at the end of an engagement as the leadership teams now equipped with tools and principles to support their teams working in a new way. In her time spent with commercial and federal organizations, Jackie has found her latest passion in team structures and how we might foster alignment and accountability in rapid growth environments.
