Laura Weiss CPCC, PCC is a professional coach, facilitator, and educator. A former licensed architect, she spent a decade with the global design firm IDEO as a Practice Director and Associate Partner and most recently was a Principal in Korn Ferry’s Leadership and Professional Development practice. Laura has held teaching positions in design leadership the California College of the Arts and the Yale School of Architecture and is a former Director of the AIA Strategic Council.
