Alana Washington
Senior Design Manager, Uber Freight
Alana Washington is a design leader, strategist, and researcher with over a decade of experience in the field. She currently manages the Shipper Experience Design team at Uber Freight, is Chair of SF Design Week, and a curator for Rosenfeld's Design Ops Summit. Prior to Freight, she managed design teams at Capital One and GfK custom research; and worked in Organizational Effectiveness at HBO. She holds an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from NYU.
