Founder, Dave's Research Company
Dave Hora is a 6x first-research-hire, establishing the practice at companies including Instacart, PlanGrid, and ResearchGate. He's a former board member of the ResearchOps community, designing and co-leading the Research Skills Framework project.
In 2020, Dave moved to Portugal and became the founder and perpetual Employee of the Month at Dave's Research Company, consulting with teams throughout the US and Europe on strategic product initiatives.
Dave also writes a newsletter on the process of building good things, is a practicing brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and looks forward to spending all of January, 2025 as an unpaid sake brewing intern in Japan.
