Dave Malouf is Director of UX Design at Walmart, where he leads strategic initiatives across AI, Platform Design, and Design Operations. A recognized pioneer in Interaction Design and a foundational voice in the DesignOps movement, Dave brings decades of experience shaping design practice at scale. Prior to Walmart, he held design leadership roles at HP, Teladoc, Rackspace, and Motorola, and served as a Professor of Interaction Design at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD). Dave is known for blending thoughtful design craft with systems thinking, and for pushing the boundaries of what it means to design in the age of AI.
